When Alex and Lucy pick out wedding invitations, they wonder if they can be printed in vanishing ink.
Former NFL star Alex Sinclair is a man who has it all–except the votes he needs to win his bid for Congress.
Despite their mutual dislike, Alex makes Lucy a proposition: pose as his fiancee in return for the money she desperately needs.
Bound to a man who isn’t quite what he seems, Lucy will find her heart on the line–and maybe even her life.
When God asks Alex and Lucy to scrap their playbook and follow his rules, will they finally say, “I do”?
I dreaded writing this book review. I literally sat at the keyboard and stared at the screen trying to find the words. There are two kinds of book reviews that I hate to write: 1) books I really didn’t enjoy and can’t think of a polite way of saying so, and 2) books that were so amazing that I don’t think anything I write will do it justice. This book falls into the latter category. So I have opted to forgo a review and be bossy instead.
Stop what you are doing right now. Grab your keys or log on to your favourite book site and order this book. Now. This is not an option. Because Save the Date will be wittiest and most addictive work of inspirational chick-lit that you will set your eyes upon. I repeat, this is not a drill. Make haste, light a fire under your tuckus and get thee to a book store.
